Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data TDL.com.my collects, how we use it, and your choices — with reference to Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

1. What we collect

You can read this website without providing any personal data. We collect personal data only when you choose to send it — for example, your name, email address and message when you use our contact form.

2. How we use it

We use the details you submit solely to respond to your enquiry — whether that's feedback, a story tip, an advertising question or a contributor pitch. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use contact-form details for marketing lists.

3. Form delivery

Messages sent through our contact form are delivered to our inbox via a form-delivery service. The data submitted is used to transmit your message to us and is handled under that provider's own privacy terms.

4. Cookies and analytics

This website may use basic analytics to understand which pages readers visit, which helps us decide what to publish. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify individual visitors. Web fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting font files from Google's servers.

5. External links

Our pages link to external websites, including the recommended sites in our footer. Their privacy practices are their own — review their policies when you visit them.

6. Data retention and security

We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to handle the matter and for reasonable record-keeping, and we take reasonable steps to protect them from unauthorised access.

7. Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to, or correction or deletion of, personal data you have sent us. To do so, contact us or email info@tdl.com.my and we will respond.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the version on this page is the one in force.
