Jungle Trekking & Beach Camping
Jungle Trekking is a great way to explore the insides of the island. For a more secluded experience, you can take a boat ride to some of the unspoiled beaches like Teluk Kampi, Pantai Kerachut and Muka head and camp in any of them.
The tourist information centre at Balik Palau offers daily cycling tours of the area. The tour starts at 4:30 PM and goes on for about two hours. The tour organizers provide tourist guides and refreshments.

Some of the best golf clubs are the Pearl Island Country Club, the Golf and Country Club and the Bukit Jawi Golf Resort. The golf course is spread over vast acres of land and the tee-off is usually held at early in the morning.
Walking through Little India
If you love music and crowds, then you will like taking a tour of Little India, a locality in Georgetown. It mainly comprises of the Indian community of Penang and is always bustling with activity. There is loud music always playing from the shops located in the area and it is a great place for buying authentic Indian things like spices, herbs and condiments.
